Fatma Posted by on Dec 11, 2012 in Culture

I am writing this post now because I have just seen a short video called Fatma that I would like to share with you.

It is a true story of a 10 year old girl from an Egyptian village who was denied the right to education, but manages to get round this and gets some education in the end of the day! This video tells a lot about discrimination and injustice, but it tells more about hope and change! I love it!

I found this video very refreshing and inspiring, and I thought that I must share it with you!

I  came across this video on the UNICEF videos on communication for development. https://vimeo.com/user6125734

These include very intersting videos from all around the world!

Enjoy!

What an inspiring video, thanks for sharing it.

I really enjoy your blog even though I’ve only just begun to learn Arabic.
