Happy Easter: Resurrection, Egg Hunting, and the Easter Bunny! (2) Posted by on Apr 21, 2014 in Arabic Language

Marhaba! As you have realized from different stores and locations around the world, many activities and customs associated with the Easter holiday are for Christians and non-Christians alike. Everyone enjoys coloring eggs and going on an egg hunt in the beautiful Spring season. I am confident you all learned new words in Arabic from the previous post, and that in the near future use them in a conversation with a friend or to make new sentences. Below I have shared the answers to the crossword puzzle and the translation of the Arabic words to English.

 

 

أرنب – Rabbit
بيض – Eggs

قيامة – Resurrection

صليب – Cross

سلّة – Basket

الاحد – Sunday

شوكولاته – Chocolate

الفصح – Easter

ايمان – Faith

يسوع – Jesus
