This simple yet delicious recipe is perfect for all those of you who proudly confess to have -as the French Canadians like to say- “le bec sucré“ (a “sweet tooth.”)

♦ Not too many ingredients in there:

You can also try the recipe of la tartelette aux framboises as indicated by Chef Martial. Notice that the chef uses extra ingredients, such as le jus de citron (lemon juice)

In a saladier (salad bowl), place together la farine, le sucre, le beurre, and the jaunes d’oeufs.

Mix well le tout (the whole) with les doigts (the fingers.)

Once you start feeling that la pâte (the pastry) has become homogenius, roll it in the shape of une boule (a ball), then leave it in le réfrigérateur for une demi-heure (half an hour).

Pre-heat le four (the oven) at 180°C.

Spread the pastry, this time in the shape of a rouleau (roll) which you place in four moules à tartelettes (tartlet molds.)

Prick the top of the mold using une fourchette (fork) then leave them in le four (the oven) pendant environ 25 minutes (during some 25 minutes.)

La pâte (the pastry) should seem at this point dorée (golden.)

Once the pastry is cuite (cooked), let les moules (the molds) cool off for a bit.

Spread la crème pâtissière (pastry cream) within les tartelettes.

Finally, put les framboises (the raspberries) on top of la crème (the cream.)

Then, all you have to do is saupoudrer (sprinkle) the sucre glace (icing sugar)

Et voilà !

You and your lucky guests will be ready to enjoy this tasty French dessert.
