For today’s reading comprehension exercise, we’re going to use a delicious coconut mousse recipe.

Excerpt: “Bata no liquidificador o coco fresco e a água fervente. Peneire. Se necessário, complete com 1/2 xícara de leite para obter 2 xícaras de leite de coco. Acrescente o açúcar e a gelatina hidratada e leve ao fogo baixo até que a gelatina dissolva, sem deixar ferver. Deixe esfriar sobre uma bacia com água e gelo até o creme ficar com consistência de clara de ovo crua.”
