Here’s a very useful list to use when you’re trying to express how you feel, en español.

(Esto) me dejó (muy)… – (That) made me (very)…
Estoy muy/bastante… – I’m very…
Me siento muy/bastante… – I feel very…

triste – sad
aburrido – bored
satisfecho – satisfied, pleased
admirado – amazed
enojado – angry
orgulloso – proud
encantado – delighted
contento – glad
decepcionado – disappointed
avergonzado – ashamed
seguro de mí mismo – confident
inseguro – insecure
desilusionado – disappointed
preocupado – worried, concerned
tranquilo – calm
miedoso – afraid
aliviado – relieved
desconfiado – suspicious
