Koh Tao – Video Posted by on Mar 20, 2011 in Travel

Arriving in Bangkok early in the morning after a long flight from Beijing, we only had a few hours before we had to get back on the road. We boarded the night train bound for Chumphon, then switched to a bus, and finally a ferry, on our way to Koh Tao. This small island on the Gulf of Thailand – whose name translates as “Turtle Island” –  is famous for its incredible snorkeling and scuba diving. With only about 24 hours to spend there, we did our best to do a little bit of everything that Koh Tao has to offer. Sadly, we realized that one day isn’t nearly enough time. Oh well, I guess we’ll just have to go back!
