1 large aubergine<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Tomato sauce<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Garlic<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Grated mozzarella cheese<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Grated cheddar cheese<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Olive oil<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Preparation:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Slice the aubergine in thick slices<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Grill the aubergine on both sides, but do not cook it too well<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Chop a clove of garlic very thinly and fry it in a small amout if olive oil. Add tomatoe sauce, salt and pepper, and leave to thicken.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In an oven dish, layer the aubergine and a little bit of tomatoe sauce and then cheese.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Put in pre-heated oven and cook briefly until the cheese melts.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You can add olives and peppers as well on top of the tomatoe sauce<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You can put the topping on each slice or on the whole dish if you wish.<\/strong><\/h3>\n
