Marhaba! I hope you all enjoyed learning about the first Arab Cinema Center in Berlin<\/a>! Well, it would have been ideal to have this in the Arab world; however, this is still a very good development. Don’t forget to watch the Academy Awards show tonight. It’s a great opportunity to honor and value the best films from last year. As you all might know, two Arab films and one Arab documentary were nominated last year (2014) for Oscars- the first film called ‘Omar’; the second film called ‘The Square’; and the documentary is called ‘Karama Has No Walls.’ In this post, I want to provide you with the answers to the reading comprehension exercise, and with the trailers and plots of these three Oscar nominated features.
