In a previous post, I presented the recipe for chicken shawarma<\/a>. In this post, I present the recipe for garlic sauce, which can be eaten with it or as a side dish with lots other dishes.<\/h3>\n

Ingredienets of garlic sauce:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    2 tablespoons olive oil<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    2 tablespoons lemon juice<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    2 tablespoons mayonnaise<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    \u00bd cup yogurt<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    1 large potato, cut into small size and boiled<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    Salt<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    About 11 or more garlic clove<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Garlic Sauce Preparation<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n

    Mix the ingredients together in a blender until smooth, such as whipped cream, then cool in the refrigerator.<\/h3>\n

    The garlic sauce shoud be prepared about 4 hours before serving to become cold.<\/h3>\n
