Today, Muslims celebrate the end of their fasting, and enjoy the pleasures that they have given up for a month. It is a very happy time indeed!<\/h3>\n<h3>Most people celebrate the Eid in similar ways. They include shopping for a lot of foods, particularly desserts and nuts. Heavy meals are also common on the Eid, e.g. ducks, meat and fish. This Eid, I bought lots of desserts, nuts, fish and a duck!<\/h3>\n<h3>Traditionally, all kids have to get new clothes for the Eid. They usually wear the new clothes and go to the Eid prayer (\u0635\u0644\u0627\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u0639\u064a\u062f) with their families first thing in the morning. Eid prayer is a very early prayer, around 5 a.m., which many people take part in. It is often performed in open air and followed by special prayers and supplications (\u062a\u0643\u0628\u064a\u0631\u0627\u062a \u0627\u0644\u0639\u064a\u062f).<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=HmQhIdwMSmo\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=HmQhIdwMSmo<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Two days before the Eid, I made special Eid cookies (\u0643\u0639\u0643 \u0627\u0644\u0639\u064a\u062f)! On the day of the Eid, all kids get special Eid money (\u0627\u0644\u0639\u064a\u062f\u064a\u0629).
