In the feast, many Muslims sacrifice sheep like the pilgrims in Mecca.<\/h3>\n<h3>During the feast, most people eat meals that are based on meat. Today, I am preparing fetta (\u0641\u062a\u0629). I have presented the recipe of fatta before, but today, I am presenting an updated one which is better in my opinion. I am preparing fatta in this way today! In fact, I am boiling meat as a I write this post now. The secret is to add boiled water constantly before it evaporates a lot. I like to add small onions to the soup shortly before it is done!<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Chop a couple of garlic cloves, fry them in a little bit of oil or butter and add tomato sauce, salt and pepper, and leave it to cook a little bit<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Cook rice in your normal way. I usually cook it with a little bit of butter or oil, water and salt. With basmati rice, you add 1 and half cup of water for every cup of rice.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Cut bread into small pieces and fry it very lightly in butter or ghee<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Put the bread at the base of an oven tray. You can add the tomato sauce and soup now or keep it later. Then, add a layer of cooked rice.
