I thought of sharing it with you before I try to cook it tomorrow. I have to say that I do not have all the spices mentioned and I do not have any pomegranate molasses, but I will try it with the spices available to me and without the pomegranate molasses. I think that the result will still be nice. Of course if you have the right ingredients, it would be better!<\/h3>\n<h3>This recipe is by a famous Palestinian chef called Manal Al-Alem, and the ingredients come from her teaspoon paprika<\/h3>\n<h3>\u00a0 1\/2 teaspoon crushed chillies<\/h3>\n<h3>\u00a0 1\/2 teaspoon coriander<\/h3>\n<h3>\u00a0 1\/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder<\/h3>\n<h3>\u00a0 1\/2 teaspoon cardamom<\/h3>\n<h3>\u00a0 1\/2 teaspoon garlic powder<\/h3>\n<h3>\u00a0 1\/2 teaspoon onion powder<\/h3>\n<h3>\u00a0 1\/2 teaspoon ginger<\/h3>\n<h3>\u00a0 1\/2 teaspoon black pepper<\/h3>\n<h3>\u00a0 2 teaspoon salt<\/h3>\n<h3>\u00a0 3 olive oil<\/h3>\n<h3>\u00a0 small onions<\/h3>\n<h3>\u00a0 20 garlic cloves<\/h3>\n<h3>\u00a0 3 large tomato, peeled, minced<\/h3>\n<h3>\u00a0 2 tbsp vinegar<\/h3>\n<h3>\u00a0 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Preparation:<\/h3>\n<h3>1- Mix all the spices together and cover the meat slices with the spice mix<\/h3>\n<h3>2- Heat the olive or corn oil in a pan and lightly fry the meat on both sides in the oil<\/h3>\n<h3>3- In the same oil, add the garlic and onions and stir<\/h3>\n<h3>4- Add the chopped tomatoes and stir<\/h3>\n<h3>5- Add the meat to the top, then add the rest of the spices, pomegranate molasses and vinegar<\/h3>\n<h3>6- Add a little bit of water every now and then and leave
