Today, I made a very nice traditional Mediterranean recipe called baba ganoush (\u0628\u0627\u0628\u0627 \u063a\u0646\u0648\u062c). It is made with aubergine and other ingredients. Would you like to know how?<\/h3>\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

1 aubergine<\/h3>\n

1 garlic clove<\/h3>\n

1 spoon of tahini<\/h3>\n

Drops of lemon juice<\/h3>\n

Salt, pepper, chilli pepper, olive oil to taste<\/h3>\n

Preparation:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Grill the aubergine. You can grill it in the oven or on the hob! I put a few drops of oil and the aubergine in a pan, cover it and leave it on very low fire.<\/h3>\n

Peel and cut the aubergine!<\/h3>\n

Chop the chilli and garlic, then add the salt, pepper, tahini and lemon juice and mix.<\/h3>\n

Add the mix to the aubergine.<\/h3>\n

Please note that if you don’t have tahini, you can still prepare it with the rest of the ingredients.<\/h3>\n

You can add a spoon of yoghurt if you like or sprinkle paprika or pomegranate on top.<\/h3>\n
