coffee.<\/h3>\n<h3>A tablespoon of ground or whole cardamom.<\/h3>\n<h3>Teaspoon ground or whole cloves.<\/h3>\n<h3>Teaspoon ground ginger.<\/h3>\n<h3>Teaspoon ground saffron.<\/h3>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Preparation<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>Pour a litre of water in the coffee pot on the fire and add the coffee and leave it on high heat until it begins to boil.<\/h3>\n<h3>Take it away from the fire a little bit, so that the coffee does not bubble out of the coffeepot, and then get back to being boiled several times for twenty to thirty minutes and then remove it from the fire.<\/h3>\n<h3>Add to the boiled coffee both ground cardamom and ground cloves and ginger, and finally a little bit of saffron, stir all ingredients with a spoon and then leave it covered for five to ten minutes time before serving it to guests in small cups along with a dish of desserts or
