Marhaba! It\u2019s summer and as you know from my previous post on grilling chicken the Lebanese way<\/a>, it\u2019s the perfect season for barbecuing and enjoying time with family. Today, I want to teach you how to prepare potato salad the Lebanese way. I know this is a very popular side\/appetizer in many countries, I firmly believe that if you have not had potato salad the Lebanese way, then you have not had potato salad. I know this sounds a bit arrogant, but the Lebanese certainly know their dishes. My family has been using this recipe for decades. So, please give it a shot and let me know how it goes. You can easily serve this easy and very tasty dish with Lebanese grilled chicken or other types of barbecue<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Lebanese Potato Salad

Ingredients (<\/u>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0643\u0648\u0646\u0627\u062a<\/u><\/strong>)<\/u><\/p>\n

8 potatoes<\/span> (\u0628\u0637\u0627\u0637\u0627<\/strong>)
\nMedium onion<\/span> (\u0628\u0635\u0644<\/strong>)
\nBunch of parsley<\/span> (\u0628\u0642\u062f\u0648\u0646\u0633<\/strong>)
\nHalf cup of Lemon Juice<\/span> (\u0639\u0635\u064a\u0631<\/strong> \u0627\u0644\u0644\u064a\u0645\u0648\u0646<\/strong>)
\nHalf teaspoon of Paprika<\/span> (\u0641\u0644\u0641\u0644<\/strong> \u0623\u062d\u0645\u0631<\/strong>)
\n2 teaspoons Salt<\/span> (\u0645\u0644\u062d<\/strong>)
\nHalf teaspoon of Sweet pepper<\/span> (\u0628\u0647\u0627\u0631<\/strong> \u062d\u0644\u0648<\/strong>)
\nCup of Olive oil<\/span> (\u0632\u064a\u062a<\/strong> \u0627\u0644\u0632\u064a\u062a\u0648\u0646<\/strong>)<\/p>\n

Directions (<\/u>\u0637\u0631\u064a\u0642\u0629<\/u><\/strong> \u0627\u0644\u062a\u062d\u0636\u064a\u0631<\/strong>)<\/u><\/p>\n

Boil<\/span> (\u0625\u063a\u0644\u064a<\/strong>) potatoes in a large pot, until tender.
\nChop<\/span> (\u0625\u0642\u0637\u0639<\/strong>) parsley in small pieces.
\nChop potatoes into small cubes.
\nAdd<\/span> (\u0623\u0636\u0641<\/strong>) potatoes and parsley in large bowl.
\nSprinkle<\/span> (\u0631\u0634\u0651<\/strong>) salt, paprika, and sweet pepper.
\nMix in olive oil and lemon juice into the large bowl<\/span> (\u0648\u0639\u0627\u0621<\/strong>).<\/p>\n
