The meat from the sacrificed animal is preferred to be divided into three parts. The family retains one third of the share; another third is given to relatives, friends and neighbours; and the remaining third is given to the poor and needy.<\/h3>\n<h3>In the Islamic\u00a0lunar calendar,\u00a0<em>Eid al-Adha<\/em>\u00a0falls on the 10th day of\u00a0Dhu al-Hijjah (\u0630\u0648 \u0627\u0644\u062d\u062c\u0629)\u00a0and lasts for four days.<\/h3>\n<h3>Eid al-Adha begins with a\u00a0prayer (\u0635\u0644\u0627\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u0639\u064a\u062f)\u00a0followed by a sermon (<em>\u062e\u0637\u0628\u0629<\/em>). Eid al-Adha coincides with the Muslim Pilgrimage (\u0627\u0644\u062d\u062c).
