liver)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Ten cloves of chopped garlic<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Two chopped green pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Two chopped hot green pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Three spoons of oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Four spoons of vinegar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Some lemon juice<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Salt \u2013 cumin \u2013 black pepper (spices as desired)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong><u>Preparation<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Wash the liver well.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Mix two spoons of vinegar with five cloves of mashed garlic and add salt, pepper (black, green and hot), cumin and some lemon juice.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Soak the liver in this mix for an hour.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Fry the soaked liver in a pan with some oil and stir it\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Add more vinegar and garlic.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Cover for ten minutes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Add some more lemon juice then remove.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">\u00a0Serve the dish hot or make
