The first one is using (<span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u0647\u064f\u0646\u0627\u0643\u064e<\/span>) which literally means \u2018there\u2019. This expression is used in a nominal sentence with a fronted predicate, and the subject of the sentence is usually indefinite, e.g.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" dir=\"rtl\" style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> \u0647\u064f\u0646\u0627\u0643\u064e<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u0631\u064e\u062c\u064f\u0644\u064c \u0641\u064a \u0627\u0644\u0634\u0627\u0631\u0650\u0639.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThere is a man in the street.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" dir=\"rtl\" style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u0647\u064f\u0646\u0627\u0643\u064e<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u0645\u064f\u0634\u0652\u0643\u0650\u0644\u064e\u0629!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThere is a problem!\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Like other nominal sentences, these sentences are negated using (<span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u0644\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0633<\/span>)<span dir=\"rtl\">.<\/span> If the subject of the sentence is masculine, we should use (<span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u0644\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0633<\/span>), but if it is feminine we should use (<span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u0644\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0633\u064e\u062a<\/span>).<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" dir=\"rtl\" style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u0644\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0633 \u0647\u064f\u0646\u0627\u0643\u064e<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u0631\u064e\u062c\u064f\u0644\u064c \u0641\u064a \u0627\u0644\u0634\u0627\u0631\u0650\u0639.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThere is no man in the street.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" dir=\"rtl\" style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u0644\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0633\u064e\u062a \u0647\u064f\u0646\u0627\u0643\u064e<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u0645\u064f\u0634\u0652\u0643\u0650\u0644\u064e\u0629!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThere is no problem!\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The second way of expressing \u2018there is\u2019 and \u2018there are\u2019 involves the use of the verb (<span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u064a\u0648\u062c\u062f<\/span>) which means \u2018exist\u2019 in the present form.
