Examples of doubled verbs are (<span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u0634\u062f\u0651<\/span>) \u2018pulled\u2019, (<span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u0638\u0646\u0651<\/span>) \u2018thought\u2019, (<span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u0627\u0633\u062a\u0639\u062f\u0651<\/span>) \u2018got prepared\u2019, (<span dir=\"rtl\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u0627\u0633\u062a\u0645\u0631\u0651<\/span>) \u2018continued\u2019, etc. Just like past tense verbs, with some pronouns the doubled letter has to be repeated twice, while with others, it remains one letter with shadda. The table below gives 2 examples of doubled verbs conjugated in the present tense.
