Some Arabic desserts can be difficult to make at home and not everyone lives near a Middle Eastern restaurant. So, I wanted to share a <strong>recipe <\/strong><strong>\u0648\u0635\u0641\u0629<\/strong> for an easy Arabic dessert that you can make at home! I\u2019ve included the recipe which I use, but different recipes <strong>vary <\/strong><strong>\u064a\u062e\u062a\u0644\u0641<\/strong> a little. Along with a couple links to Arabic cooking shows showing how to make Harissa\/Basboosa (it has more than one name). In a little pot, combine the syrup ingredients, heat until boil and then set aside to cool.<\/li>\n<li>Grease one 18-by-13-inch pan with Tahini or butter.<\/li>\n<li>Combine and mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>In another bowl beat all the wet ingredients for 2 minutes on low speed or by hand until you have a smooth mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix together with a spoon for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Distribute batter in the pan. Tap on the sides to have a smooth surface.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 30 minutes.
