Lebanese Tabboule<\/p><\/div>\n
This is the recipe to my tayta’s(Grandmother’s) tabboule (which is the most amazing thing in the entire universe) :<\/p>\n
INGREDIENTS : \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0643\u0648\u0646\u0627\u062a<\/p>\n

- 1\/2 cup of fine bulgur \u0628\u0631\u063a\u0644 \u0646\u0627\u0639\u0645<\/li>\n
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil \u0632\u064a\u062a \u0632\u064a\u062a\u0648\u0646<\/li>\n
- 3 cups of finely chopped fresh parsley \u0628\u0642\u062f\u0648\u0646\u0633<\/li>\n
- 1\/2 cup of finely chopped fresh mint \u0646\u0639\u0646\u0639<\/li>\n
- 2 medium size tomatoes, cut into small cubes \u0628\u0646\u062f\u0648\u0631\u0629<\/li>\n
- 1 large onion finely chopped \u0628\u0635\u0644<\/li>\n
- 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice \u0639\u0635\u064a\u0631 \u062d\u0627\u0645\u0636<\/li>\n
- 1 teaspoon of salt \u0645\u0644\u062d<\/li>\n
- 1\/2 teaspoon of black pepper \u0641\u0644\u0641\u0644 \u0623\u0633\u0648\u062f<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
PREPARATION : \u0637\u0631\u064a\u0642\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u062a\u062d\u0636\u064a\u0631<\/p>\n
Soak 1\/2 cup of bulgur in room temperature water and let sit for 15 mins. Meanwhile, finely chop 3 cups of parsley and 1\/2 cup of mint then put them all together in a bowl. Once the herbs are done, cut 2 medium size tomatoes and 1 large onion into very small fine pieces and add to the bowl. The bulgur should be done by now and you can add it to the bowl but only after removing excess water. Add olive oil, salt and pepper either like the ingredients mentioned above or depending on your taste.<\/p>\n
