How does American coffee differ from Arabic\/Turkish coffee? The difference is in the method of coffee preparation. The ground beans are boiled in a special pot<\/strong> called \u0625\u0628\u0652\u0631\u064a\u0642 ibreeq<\/strong>. The coffee is boiled with sugar and sometimes cardamom<\/strong> \u0647\u064e\u064a\u0644<\/strong> hail<\/strong> then served in a small cup<\/strong> called \u0641\u0650\u0646\u0652\u062c\u0627\u0646 finjan<\/strong> and allowed to sit for a few moments for the grounds to settle. Arabs consider the more foam, the better the coffee. There are variations of Arabic coffee which are regionally based. For example, in the Gulf, cardamom, cinnamon<\/strong> \u0642\u0650\u0631\u0641\u0629 qirfeh <\/strong>and saffron<\/strong> \u0632\u064e\u0639\u0641\u0631\u0627\u0646<\/strong> za\u2019faran<\/strong> are added which makes the color of the coffee a golden yellow.<\/p>\n
