In this post, I thought we could learn about a well-known \u0634\u064e\u062e\u0652\u0635\u064a\u0629<\/strong> \u0639\u064e\u0631\u064e\u0628\u064a\u0629<\/strong> Arab female figure<\/strong> other than \u0623\u0645<\/strong> \u0643\u0644\u062b\u0648\u0645<\/strong> and \u0641\u064a\u0631\u0648\u0632<\/strong>. Have you heard of \u0645\u064e\u064a<\/strong> \u0632\u064a\u0627\u062f\u0629<\/strong> Mai Ziadeh<\/strong>? Born in 1886, she was an Arab poet of Palestinian-Lebanese origin who was one of the leading female figures of \u0627\u0644\u0646\u064e\u0647\u0636\u0629<\/strong> \u0627\u0644\u0639\u064e\u0631\u064e\u0628\u064a\u0629<\/strong> Al-Nahda (the Arab Renaissance). Her work consisted of \u0631\u0650\u0648\u0627\u064a\u0627\u062a<\/strong> novels<\/strong>, \u0634\u0650\u0639\u0631<\/strong> poetry<\/strong>, and \u0645\u064e\u0642\u0627\u0644\u0627\u062a<\/strong> essays<\/strong> in Arabic, French and other languages. She was also founder of one of the most famous \u0635\u0627\u0644\u0648\u0646<\/strong> \u0623\u062f\u0628\u064a<\/strong> literary salons<\/strong> in the Arab world and known for being an early feminist.
