It is very common in the Levant (\u0627\u0644\u0634\u0627\u0645), i.e. in Syria and Lebanon. It is a very healthy and delicious salad (\u0633\u0644\u0637\u0629), made mainly of fresh chopped vegetables (\u062e\u0636\u0631\u0648\u0627\u062a), spices (\u062a\u0648\u0627\u0628\u0644), oil (\u0632\u064a\u062a) and lemon juice (\u0639\u0635\u064a\u0631 \u0644\u064a\u0645\u0648\u0646).<\/p>\n<p>Below are two recipes that I found online for tabbouleh, one in English and one in Arabic. There is also a video on the preparation step by step. Mix all the ingredients together, taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
