\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 We have already been introduced to the special verb Kana and its sisters<\/strong> \u0643\u0627\u0646 \u0648 \u0623\u062e\u0648\u0627\u062a\u0647\u0627<\/strong> and we have known that these verbs start the nominative sentence \u0627\u0644\u062c\u0645\u0644\u0629<\/strong> \u0627\u0644\u0627\u0633\u0645\u064a\u0629<\/strong> and cause the mubtada<\/strong> \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0628\u062a\u062f\u0623<\/strong> (subject) to be their noun (Ism<\/strong> \u0627\u0633\u0645<\/strong>) and the khabar<\/strong> \u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631<\/strong> (predicate) to be their khabar. Only the khabar changes its case from nominative to accusative which means that we apply a Fat’ha \u0641\u062a\u062d\u0629<\/strong> on its ending. We have also known the meanings of these verbs. Today we will be introduced to some other verbs that are considered sisters of the verb Kana; that is to say that they do the same job as the verb kana and its sisters. These verbs are called Kada and Sisters\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u0643\u0627\u062f \u0648 \u0623\u062e\u0648\u0627\u062a\u0647\u0627<\/strong> . In the Arabic language these verbs have their own names that are determined according to their meaning. These semi-sister verbs of Kana or the verb Kada and its sisters can be classified into three categories:<\/p>\n

1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>The Verbs of Approaching (Muqarabah) \u0623\u0641\u0640\u0640\u0639\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0627\u0644 \u0627\u0644\u0640\u0640\u0645\u0640\u0640\u064f\u0640\u0640\u0642\u0640\u0640\u0640\u064e\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0627\u0631\u0628\u0640\u0640\u064e\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0629\u00a0 \"\"<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 These Muqarabah verbs, as their name indicates, means that the Khabar is about to happen; it is approaching. There are three of these verbs and they are \u0643\u0627\u062f<\/strong><\/span> \/ \u0623\u0648\u0634\u0643<\/strong><\/span> \/ \u0643\u0631\u0628<\/strong><\/span> and all of them mean the same; the khabar is near or about to happen.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ex.<\/strong> \u2013 \u0643\u0627\u062f\u064e<\/strong><\/span> \u0627\u0644\u0646\u0647\u0631 (\u0623\u0646) \u064a\u062c\u0641<\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0= The river was about t<\/span>o dry.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 –\u00a0 \u0643\u0627\u062f\u062a<\/strong><\/span> \u0627\u0644\u0633\u0641\u064a\u0646\u0629 (\u0623\u0646) \u062a\u063a\u0631\u0642<\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0= The ship was about to<\/span> sink.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 –\u00a0 \u0623\u0648\u0634\u0643<\/strong><\/span> \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0631\u064a\u0636 (\u0623\u0646) \u064a\u0634\u0641\u0649 <\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0= The patient was about to<\/span> recover.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 –\u00a0 \u0643\u0631\u0628\u062a<\/strong><\/span> \u0627\u0644\u0634\u0645\u0633\u064f (\u0623\u0646) \u062a\u0640\u0640\u064f\u0640\u0640\u0634\u0640\u0640\u0631\u0642<\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0= The sun was about to<\/span> rise.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>The Verbs of Hope \u00a0(Wish = Rajaa) \u0623\u0641\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0639\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u064e\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0627\u0644 \u0627\u0644\u0640\u0640\u0651\u064e\u0631\u062c\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u064e\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0627\u0621<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 These verbs, as it is clear from their name, refer to an action that is hoped to happen; there is a hope that the predicate will happen. There are three of these verbs: \u0639\u0633\u0649<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\/ \u062d\u0631\u0649<\/strong><\/span> \/ \u0627\u062e\u0644\u0648\u0644\u0642<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ex. \u2013 <\/strong>\u0639\u0633\u0649<\/strong><\/span> \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0623\u0646 \u064a\u0631\u062d\u0645\u0643\u0645 <\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0= <\/strong>I wish<\/span> that Allah would have mercy on you. <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 – <\/strong>\u062d\u0631\u0649<\/strong><\/span> \u0627\u0644\u0637\u0628 \u0623\u0646 \u064a\u0639\u0627\u0644\u062c \u0643\u0644 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0645\u0631\u0627\u0636 <\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0= <\/strong>I wish<\/span> that medicine could cure all diseases. <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 –\u00a0 <\/strong>\u0623\u062e\u0644\u0648\u0644\u0642<\/strong><\/span> \u0627\u0644\u0637\u0627\u0644\u0628 \u0623\u0646 \u064a\u0646\u062c\u062d <\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0= <\/strong>I wish<\/span> that the student could succeed.<\/p>\n

3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Verbs of Start (Shoroo’)\u00a0 \u0623\u0641\u0640\u0640\u0639\u0640\u0640\u064e\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0627\u0644 \u0627\u0644\u0640\u0640\u0634\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0651\u064f\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0631\u0648\u0639<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 These verbs refer to the start of an action; here the predicate is starting to happen. There are so many verbs in this last category. Some of these verbs are: \u0623\u062e\u0630<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\/ \u0634\u0631\u0639<\/strong><\/span> \/ \u0647\u0628\u0651\u064e<\/strong><\/span> \/ \u0642\u0627\u0645\u064e<\/strong><\/span> \/ \u0623\u0646\u0634\u0623<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span> \/\u00a0 \u0637\u0640\u0641\u0640\u0650\u0640\u0642\u064e<\/strong><\/span> \/ \u062c\u0639\u0644<\/strong><\/span> \/\u00a0\u00a0\u0628\u062f\u0623<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
