The presidential elections is run in a vague <strong>\u063a\u0640\u0640\u0627\u0645\u0640\u0640\u0636<\/strong> \u00a0atmosphere especially after the Supreme Constitutional Court <strong>\u0627\u0644\u0640\u0640\u0645\u0640\u0640\u062d\u0640\u0640\u0643\u0640\u0640\u0645\u0640\u0640\u0629<\/strong> <strong>\u0627\u0644\u0640\u0640\u062f\u0633\u0640\u0640\u062a\u0640\u0640\u0648\u0631\u064a\u0640\u0640\u0629<\/strong> <strong>\u0627\u0644\u0640\u0640\u0639\u0640\u0644\u0640\u0640\u064a\u0640\u0640\u0627<\/strong> had dissolved the newly-elected <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/arabic\/tag\/egypts-revolution\/\">Parliament <\/a>with its Islamists majority <strong>\u0623\u063a\u0640\u0640\u0644\u0640\u0640\u0628\u0640\u0640\u064a\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0629<\/strong> . Shafiq as a military General might be backed by the other generals (SCAF) because no one thinks the Generals would prefer to receive their orders from a civilian.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2)\u00a0\u00a0 Supporters of Morsi: They look at him as the representative of the revolution <strong>\u0627\u0644\u0640\u0640\u062b\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0648\u0631\u0629<\/strong> , protector of the Islamic identity <strong>\u0647\u0640\u0640\u0648\u064a\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0629<\/strong> ofEgypt and restorer of the Islamic glories and Shari&#8217;a law. Morsi is backed by the Muslim Brotherhood group to which he belongs and the Salafi Noor Party.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3)\u00a0\u00a0 Supporters of neither of them: Those are the people boycotting <strong>\u0645\u0640\u0640\u064f\u0640\u0640\u0642\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0627\u0637\u0640\u0640\u0650\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0639\u0640\u0640\u0640\u064f\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0648\u0646<\/strong> the elections because they are not satisfied with any of the two candidates. Most of the people in this last category are liberal <strong>\u0644\u0640\u0640\u064a\u0640\u0640\u0628\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0631\u0627\u0644\u0640\u0640\u064a\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0648\u0646<\/strong> and revolutionary young people. They are against the idea of reviving the old autocratic regime but they are also against the construction of a theocratic state.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The word that best describes the political scene <strong>\u0645\u0640\u0640\u0634\u0640\u0640\u0647\u0640\u0640\u0640\u062f<\/strong> in Egypt is &#8221; Chaos <strong>\u0627\u0644\u0640\u0640\u0641\u0640\u0640\u0648\u0636\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0649<\/strong> &#8220;. The parliament was dissolved and declared as illegal though it was the only elected institution in the country. The president has no clear authorities because there is no constitution <strong>\u062f\u064f\u0633\u0640\u0640\u062a\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0648\u0631<\/strong> . It is not even known who the next president will do the oath <strong>\u064a\u0640\u064f\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0624\u062f\u0650\u0649<\/strong> <strong>\u0627\u0644\u0640\u0640\u0642\u0640\u0640\u0640\u064e\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0633\u0640\u0640\u0640\u064e\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0640\u0645<\/strong> before? Is Egypt really stepping forward towards democracy?
