Your fish needs to be clean, gutted and scales removed. In the end, it should look like the picture below.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Then, you need to cover it with salt and leave it for at least an hour.<\/p>\n<p>After that\u00a0 you wash the salt, and marinate it with the following spices and herbs. In the food processor, mix garlic (\u062b\u0648\u0645), cumin (\u0643\u0645\u0648\u0646), salt (\u0645\u0644\u062d) and add lemon (\u0644\u064a\u0645\u0648\u0646) drops.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Then,\u00a0 cover the fish with the paste as shown in the video. The video adds a couple more ingredient, i.e. chilli peppers (\u0641\u0644\u0641\u0644) and coriander (\u0643\u0633\u0628\u0631\u0629).
