Do you like sardines? I certainly do. I cook them in a very easy way!<\/span><\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/span><\/h3>\n

Sardines (\u0633\u0631\u062f\u064a\u0646)<\/span><\/p>\n

Chilli peppers (\u0641\u0644\u0641\u0644 \u062d\u0627\u0631)<\/span><\/p>\n

Very thinly chopped potato\u00a0 (\u0628\u0637\u0627\u0637\u0633)<\/span><\/p>\n

Olive oil (\u0632\u064a\u062a \u0632\u064a\u062a\u0648\u0646)<\/span><\/p>\n

Lemon juice (\u0639\u0635\u064a\u0631 \u0644\u064a\u0645\u0648\u0646)<\/span><\/p>\n

Garlic (\u062b\u0648\u0645)<\/span><\/p>\n

Cumin\u00a0 (\u0643\u0645\u0648\u0646)<\/span><\/p>\n

Salt\u00a0 (\u0645\u0644\u062d)<\/span><\/p>\n

Preparation:<\/span><\/h3>\n

wash the sardines<\/span><\/p>\n

Chop the garlic very thinly and mix it with lemon juice, cumin and salt. (If you have a mortar or a suitable chopper, you can use it to chop the garlic)<\/span><\/p>\n

Marinate the sardines in the mixture.<\/span><\/p>\n

Oil the base of an oven tray.<\/span><\/p>\n

Put the sardines on the base of the tray<\/span><\/p>\n

Put the chopped potato around and between the sardines<\/span><\/p>\n

Put some chilli around and\u00a0 between the sardines if required<\/span><\/p>\n

Sprinkle olive oil salt and cumin on top of everything. You can also add some drops of lemon juice if you need.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cook in the oven until golden in color<\/span><\/p>\n

Use medium heat! It will not take a long time to cook anyway!<\/span><\/p>\n

After it is ready, it should be served hot with rice and green salad!<\/span><\/p>\n
