This is one of my favourite potato recipes. It is very simple, quick and easy.<\/h3>\n

Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Potatoes (\u0628\u0637\u0627\u0637\u0633)<\/h3>\n

Garlic (\u062b\u0648\u0645)<\/h3>\n

Oil (\u0632\u064a\u062a)<\/h3>\n

Salt and pepper (\u0645\u0644\u062d \u0648\u0641\u0644\u0641\u0644)<\/h3>\n

Preparation:<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Peel the potatoes and cut them in thick fingers.<\/h3>\n

Crush the garlic, salt and pepper in mortar or food processor or anyway you like.<\/h3>\n

Mix the potatoes, garlic, salt and pepper together in an oven tray.<\/h3>\n

Add a little bit of water and oil.<\/h3>\n

Cook in the oven until ready.<\/h3>\n

In order to save energy, I usually cook the mixture a little bit on the hob, then finish its cooking in the oven.<\/h3>\n

Although this is a very simple and easy recipe, it is tasty and full of flavour. It is\u00a0 a nice change from fries!<\/h3>\n

I usually prepare it in this way and serve it with meatballs or steak!<\/h3>\n
