English<\/h1>\n

This year was a very good year. From January to July, I traveled in Southeast Asia. I went to: Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, and Indonesia. I like all of these countries, but I think my favorites are Laos and Indonesia.<\/p>\n

In July, I went back to America to see my family and friends. I also saw my favorite band – I went to five of their concerts. The first one was in my hometown. I went with 20 of my friends on a “party bus.” That was a really fun night.<\/p>\n

In the summer, my family likes to go to northern Michigan. We were together for five days – we relaxed, went swimming, played mini-golf, and ate together.<\/p>\n

August 6th is my birthday. That day, I went with some friends to a bar to drink beer and chat. After my birthday, I went back to China. I went to Hong Kong first, and then spent three weeks on the road. We traveled to: Shenzhen, Xiamen, the tulou<\/em> of Fujian, Guangzhou, Yangshuo, Guilin, and the Longsheng Rice Terraces. I liked the tulou<\/em> and Yangshuo the best – these places are both very beautiful.<\/p>\n

At the end of August, we moved to Kunming. First we found an apartment and jobs, then we went traveling in northern Yunnan. We went to: Lijiang, Tiger Leaping Gorge, Shangri-la, and Shaxi Old Town. These places were all great. Because I like hiking, Tiger Leaping Gorge was my favorite.<\/p>\n

In October, I went to Thailand. This time, I only went to Bangkok. I spent ten days in Bangkok. Every day, I had Thai class. I think Thai is very difficult.<\/p>\n

Since I wanted to spend Christmas at home, I went back to America again in December. My family spent Christmas together, and my mother was very happy. I was happy, too, but my hometown is too cold. So I want to go to Miami to celebrate the New Year.<\/p>\n
