Trains are packed, the dumplings are ready, and <em>hong bao<\/em> are stuffed with lucky money for lucky kids. It&#8217;s a chaotic and exciting time in China as we get ready to ring in the Year of the Dog on February 16. In the run up to the New Year, people decorate their house, stock up on fireworks, and prepare a massive dinner. It&#8217;s an exciting time full of food, family, and firecrackers. There&#8217;s a massive feast, dragon dances, plenty of red envelopes, the CCTV New Year&#8217;s Gala, and more fireworks than you can imagine. This nearly 5-hour show is full of singing, dancing, acrobatics, comedy, and so much more.
