They offer a new service: a \u201cshared boyfriend\u201d for rental (\u5171\u4eab\u7537\u53cbg\u00f2ngxi\u01ceng n\u00e1ny\u01d2u). For merely one Yuan, a visitor can rent a male shopping companion.<\/p>\n<p>\u5171\u4eab g\u00f2ngxi\u01ceng = to share<\/p>\n<p>\u7537\u53cb n\u00e1ny\u01d2u = boyfriend<\/p>\n<p>In January, a vast crowd <a href=\"http:\/\/news.ifeng.com\/a\/20180115\/55133809_0.shtml\">filled a shopping mall in Foshan city<\/a>, Guangdong province. People came all the way from Guangzhou, the capital city of the province, to participate in the event. Four guys at an average height of 180 cm, wearing suits and leather shoes, were displayed in four full size frames. Enthusiastic customers were already lining up before the boys even showed up. Many girls wanted to be accompanied by a \u201cshared boyfriend\u201d. Their service price is pretty cheap \u2013 only one Yuan for one hour \u2013 but they attract many customers to the mall that day, and increase the sales of the various mall businesses. A mall in Jinhua, a prefecture-level city in Zhejiang province, placed four handsome men in four pink frames decorated with hearts. For only one Yuan, any girl could rent one of these guys to loiter around with for thirty minutes. They could shop with the men, drink or eat, but physical contact was not allowed.<\/p>\n<p>One of these \u201cshared boyfriend\u201d was Zhang Yuxiang (\u5f20\u5b87\u7fd4), a fitness trainer from Jinhua. It was his first time to work as a \u201cshared boyfriend\u201d, and he seems to enjoy the experience. He said that he met a lot of lovely girls, joined them on their shopping, play with them dancing video games, and some even talked to him about personal issues.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u4e09\u516b\u8282\u5f53\u5929\uff0c\u591a\u5bb6\u5546\u573a\u63a8\u51fa\u5171\u4eab\u7537\u53cb\u966a\u8d2d\u7269\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>S\u0101nb\u0101 ji\u00e9 d\u00e0ngti\u0101n, du\u014d ji\u0101 sh\u0101ngch\u01ceng tu\u012bch\u016b g\u00f2ngxi\u01ceng n\u00e1ny\u01d2u p\u00e9i g\u00f2uw\u00f9.<\/p>\n<p>On March 8<sup>th<\/sup>, many shopping centers launched events of \u201cshared boyfriend\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Several shopping centers in Beijing arranged similar events during International Women\u2019s Day, but those events were less successful. Beijing female customers are apparently more shy, or less impressed. One of the \u201cshared boyfriends\u201d from Beijing, a university student who works in odd jobs as a model, accompanied four women that day. Only one of them was single, and they merely wanted his help in shopping and carrying the bags. This April, Handan city in Hebei province <a href=\"http:\/\/news.163.com\/photoview\/00AP0001\/2292393.html?baike#p=DELG5OR100AP0001NOS\">also joined the new trend<\/a>, and offered the service of \u201cshared boyfriend\u201d.
