The other day, I wanted to take the pile of \u786c\u5e01<\/strong> (coins) from my room and \u6362\u7eb8\u5e01<\/strong> (exchange them for bills).\u00a0 The people at the nearby bank told me that they didn’t want my bills, well that was my first time to \u542c\u5230<\/strong> (hear) a bank didn’t want any money- maybe I should have asked them if they would take the coins at less than their \u9762\u989d<\/strong> (face value).\u00a0 It wasn’t long before I was counting out my coins at the \u6253\u5305\u53f0<\/strong> (wrapping table) of a nearby supermarket.\u00a0 A man in a suit came over and \u78b0<\/strong> (poked\/bumped) one of my coin stacks.\u00a0 Naturally, it began to \u6389<\/strong> (fall down).\u00a0 He looked surprised, at which point I remarked \u4f60\u78b0\u4e86\u5b83\u624d\u6389\u4e86<\/strong> (it only fell because you touched it).\u00a0 He took this as his lead to \u54a8\u8be2<\/strong> (inquire) about my job.\u00a0 My only thought was- next time please find a better icebreaker than knocking over my coins.<\/p>\n
