And then planning how to live each day, how to move forward with each step. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>The word that appears in the text above \u2013 <strong>\u795d\u613f<\/strong> (zh\u00f9 yu\u00e0n) means to wish. It\u2019s a daily verb to wish someone anything from small to big: speedy recovery, success in a test, and so on. Promises to oneself of what to do and not do, for a happier and healthier living, marking the \u5e74\u521d (ni\u00e1n ch\u016b, <em>the beginning of the year<\/em>) as a fresh start. The verbs to use with the noun <strong>\u65b0\u5e74\u8ba1\u5212<\/strong> are: <strong>\u505a<\/strong> (zu\u00f2), <strong>\u5236\u5b9a<\/strong> (zh\u00ec d\u00ecng), and <strong>\u8ba2\u5b9a<\/strong> (d\u00ecng d\u00ecng). For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u4e00\u5e74\u4e4b\u521d\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u4f1a\u8ba2\u5b9a\u65b0\u5e74\u8ba1\u5212\u3002<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Y\u012b ni\u00e1n zh\u012b
