Since moving to South China, I have developed a \u7406\u8bba<\/strong> (theory) about the presence of \u8fc8\u514b\u5c14\u6770\u514b\u900a<\/strong> (Michael Jackson) music.\u00a0 Namely- \u4e0d\u7ba1\u5728\u4ec0\u4e48\u5730\u65b9<\/strong> (no matter the place), \u4e0d\u7ba1\u600e\u4e48\u6837<\/strong> (no matter what), you will be no further than \u4e00\u516c\u91cc<\/strong> (1 kilometer) from a place where you can \u542c\u89c1<\/strong> (hear) a Michael Jackson song.\u00a0 This theory is based on previous experiences in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong.\u00a0 I find that it may be even less than 1km at times, but a sure way to see evidence in favor of this theory is to walk past a street full of busy \u5e97\u94fa<\/strong> (shops) around \u4e2d\u5348<\/strong> (noon\/noontime).\u00a0 If it’s not being played over the speakers, it will be coming from someone’s \u624b\u673a<\/strong> (cellphone).\u00a0 What I find most interesting is that I have never been able to trace the source back to a \u6536\u97f3\u673a<\/strong> (radio), which means that each instance I have encountered so far is either from a cellphone or the internet.<\/p>\n
