Every day, from my \u516c\u5bd3<\/strong> (apartment) looking out at \u7a97\u5916<\/strong> \uff08outside the window), I see an egregious violation of \u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212<\/strong> (urban planning), particularly in the \u4ea4\u901a\u65b9\u9762<\/strong> (traffic area).\u00a0 There is an a place along the road where cars may \u6389\u5934<\/strong> (u-turn), but the allowed turning radius restricts most vehicles’ ability to complete it smoothly, while also \u963b\u6321<\/strong> (blocking\/impeding) the other cars.\u00a0 All the stress of this turning area is due to a \u680f\u5b50<\/strong> (fence) which runs nearly the length of the entire street.\u00a0 If someone were to \u62ff\u6389<\/strong> (take away) this fence, then \u597d\u51e0\u8f86\u8f66<\/strong> ([a whole lot of cars]) would not have to wait patiently as a taxi takes 15 seconds to make a u-turn.<\/p>\n
