To get the most out of your one day in the Chinese capital, check out this post with some great ideas.<\/p>\n<h2>Beijing Day Trips<\/h2>\n<p>If you have more time to spend in Beijing, there are tons of cool places to check out that are just an hour or two away by bus or subway. There are a few that stand out above the others, though:<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_9368\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter post-item__attachment\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/chinese\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2013\/09\/DSC_0350.jpg\" aria-label=\"DSC 0350 300x200\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-9368\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-9368\" alt=\"Amazing Yangshuo\"  width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/ src=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/chinese\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2013\/09\/DSC_0350-300x200.jpg\"><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-9368\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Amazing Yangshuo<\/p><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.transparent.com\/chinese\/yangshuo\/\">Yangshuo, Guangxi Province<\/a>: You have to see this place to believe it. Truly beautiful scenery with the Li River and amazing karst mountain peaks.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/chinese\/jiuzhaigou-ecotourism\/\">Jiuzhaigou Eco-tourism Hike, Sichuan Province<\/a>: Escape the huge crowds in the national park and get out on a 3-day hike up a sacred Tibetan mountain.
