{"id":380,"date":"2019-11-18T15:32:42","date_gmt":"2019-11-18T15:32:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/cl-150-bulletin\/?p=380"},"modified":"2019-11-18T15:32:42","modified_gmt":"2019-11-18T15:32:42","slug":"new-in-cl-150-reporting-learner-activity-report-and-program-manager-report-updates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/cl-150-bulletin\/2019\/11\/18\/new-in-cl-150-reporting-learner-activity-report-and-program-manager-report-updates\/","title":{"rendered":"New in CL-150 Reporting: Learner Activity Report and Program Manager Report Updates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In a continuing effort to help you better compile and organize your data with the Reporting capabilities in the CL-150 Platform, we have added the Learner Activity Report and updated the Program Manager Report.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>New: Learner Activity Report<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h2>Who\u2019s it for?<\/h2>\n<p>The Learner Activity Report is for program managers\/admins who want in-depth information on a specific learner.<\/p>\n<p>For example, a CLPM might run a Program Manager Report on all their sub-proficient linguists and notice that one linguist is well below the required sustainment hours. Running a Learner Activity Report on that specific user will then provide even more details\u2014are they completing their weekly assignment(s), are they refreshing their vocab, etc.<\/p>\n<h2>What\u2019s new?<\/h2>\n<p>Well, the entire report! <strong>Admins can now run the Learner Activity Report on any individual user in any of their Reporting Groups to get a detailed summary of their activity during a given time frame.<\/strong> This includes how many times they\u2019ve logged in, how they\u2019re spending their time when they log in, how they\u2019re doing on assignments and assessments, and more.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/cl-150-bulletin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/39\/2019\/11\/Learner-Activity-Report.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" aria-label=\"Learner Activity Report\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-381 size-full\"  alt=\"CL-150 Learner Activity Report\" width=\"735\" height=\"686\" \/ src=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/cl-150-bulletin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/39\/2019\/11\/Learner-Activity-Report.png\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/cl-150-bulletin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/39\/2019\/11\/Learner-Activity-Report.png 735w, https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/cl-150-bulletin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/39\/2019\/11\/Learner-Activity-Report-350x327.png 350w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 735px) 100vw, 735px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h1><strong>Upgraded: Program Manager Report<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h2>Who\u2019s it for?<\/h2>\n<p>The Program Manager Report is intended for program managers\/admins who need to track the learning time of members of a given Reporting Group.<\/p>\n<p>For example, a CLPM might create a Reporting Group of all sub-proficient linguists in their unit. He or she can choose to receive a weekly Program Manager Report to monitor those linguists\u2019 activity (including learning time in the CL-150 and self-reported time of learning done outside the CL-150) and ensure they are meeting weekly requirements.<\/p>\n<h2>What\u2019s new?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>When an admin runs the Program Manager Report on a Parent Group, users in the report will now be organized by Reporting Group.<\/strong> The updated Program Manager Report will organize the users by their most recently joined Reporting Group, allowing admins to easily monitor multiple Reporting Groups in the same report.<\/p>\n<p>For example, the Program Manager Report below was run on the Parent Group \u2018All Sub-Pro\u2019, which includes three Reporting Groups (Arabic Sub-Pro, Korean Sub-Pro, and Spanish Sub-Pro).
