It is basically an elaborate version of\u00a0<strong>kartoffelmos<\/strong>\u00a0(mashed potatoes). A little \u201dlove\u201d is added, typically in the shape\u00a0of bacon\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr valign=\"top\">\n<td><strong>Br\u00e6ndende k\u00e6rlighed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>4 pers.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1 portion kartoffelmos (se under)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>300 g svinebryst eller r\u00f8get bacon i tern<\/em><br \/>\n<em> 2 l\u00f8g<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Pynt: evt. klippet purl\u00f8g<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Steg fl\u00e6sk eller bacon spr\u00f8d p\u00e5 en pande. Sk\u00e6r l\u00f8gene i tern og steg dem m\u00f8re i det afsmeltede fedt. Fordel blandingen over kartoffelmosen. Pynt evt. med klippet purl\u00f8g.<br \/>\nServer hertil: Syltede agurker eller asier samt solb\u00e6rsyltet\u00f8j.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kartoffelmos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>4 pers.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>ca. \u00be kg store, melede kartofler<\/em><br \/>\n<em> 35-50 g sm\u00f8r<\/em><br \/>\n<em> ca. 3 dl kogende m\u00e6lk<\/em><br \/>\n<em> salt og peber, evt. muskat<\/em><br \/>\n<em> evt. hakket persille, purl\u00f8g eller dild<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Skr\u00e6l kartoflerne og sk\u00e6r dem i mindre stykker. Kog dem m\u00f8re i vand uden salt og damp dem derefter omhyggeligt, f\u00f8r de moses med kartoffelmoser, et solidt piskeris eller en pur\u00e9presse.<br \/>\nKom mosen i gryden med fedststoffet. Pisk den kogende m\u00e6lk i, lidt ad gangen, til kartoffelmosen har en passende konsistens. Varm den igennem under kraftig piskning, og n\u00e5r den er let og varm, smages den til med salt og peber. Evt. drysses hakket persille, purl\u00f8g eller dild over anretningen.<br \/>\nI stedet for at bruge persille, purl\u00f8g eller dild, kan man tils\u00e6tte kartoffelmosen andre hakkede krydderurter, hakket spinat eller gr\u00f8nk\u00e5l eller en koncentreret tomatpur\u00e9.<\/td>\n<td><strong>Ardent\u00a0love<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>4 persons<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1 portion of mashed potatoes (see below)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>300 grams of pork brisket or smoked bacon in cubes<\/em><br \/>\n<em> 2 onions<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Decoration: if convenient, clipped chives<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Stir-fry pork or bacon in\u00a0a pan until crisp. Cut the onions into cubes and fry them tender in the rendered fat. Distribute the mix onto the mash. If convenient, decorate with clipped chives.<br \/>\nServed with: Pickled cucumbers or pickled large cucumbers and black currant jam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mashed potatoes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>4 persons<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>roughly \u00be kg of big, mealy potatoes<\/em><br \/>\n<em> 35-50 grams of butter<\/em><br \/>\n<em> roughly 3 decilitres of boiling milk<\/em><br \/>\n<em> salt and peppe; if convenient, nutmeg<\/em><br \/>\n<em> if convenient, clipped parsley, chives or dill<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces. Boil them tender in water without salt and steam them carefully afterwards, before mashing them with a potato masher, a solid whip or a pur\u00e9e press.<br \/>\nPut the mash into the pot with the fat. Whip the boiling milk, little by little, until the mash has a suitable consistency. Heat it through while vigorously\u00a0whipping it. When it is light and hot, add salt and pepper to taste.
