If you\u2019re anything like me, you\u2019d rather do overspringshandlinger<\/b> (\u201dprocrastination actions\u201d)\u2026 The st\u00f8v<\/b> (dust) and the snavs<\/b> [snaoos] (dirt), unfortunately, don\u2019t automatically disappear\u2026 Here are some words and phrases to help you keep everything clean in Danish:<\/p>\n

Vasket\u00f8j<\/b> (laundry)<\/span><\/p>\n

Har I en vaskemaskine\/et sted vi kan vaske t\u00f8j? <\/b>(Have you got a washing machine\/somewhere we can clean our clothes?)<\/p>\n

Der er et m\u00f8ntvaskeri i k\u00e6lderen.<\/b> (There is a laundromat\/launderette in the cellar.)<\/p>\n

vaskepulver, skyllemiddel, t\u00f8rresnor, t\u00f8rretumbler <\/b>(washing powder, rinse aid, clothes-line, tumbler drier)<\/p>\n

I kan bare h\u00e6nge t\u00f8jet udenfor.<\/b> (You can just hang the clothes outside.)<\/p>\n

Dig<\/b> (you)<\/span><\/p>\n

Jeg tr\u00e6nger til et brusebad.<\/b> (I need a shower.)<\/p>\n

Hvordan regulerer man temperaturen? <\/b>(How do you regulate the temperature?)<\/p>\n

varmt vand, koldt vand, s\u00e6be, h\u00e5ndkl\u00e6de, tandb\u00f8rste, tandpasta<\/b> (hot water, cold water, soap, towel, toothbrush, toothpaste)<\/p>\n

Hvor er st\u00f8vsugeren? <\/b>(Where\u2019s the vacuum cleaner?)<\/p>\n

Okay, jeg tager wc\u2019et, s\u00e5 vasker du k\u00f8kkenet.<\/b> (Okay, I\u2019ll take the loo, then you clean the kitchen.)<\/p>\n

Skal vi ogs\u00e5 vaske vinduerne?<\/b> (Are we going to clean the windows as well?)<\/p>\n

kost, fejebakke, klud, reng\u00f8ringsmiddel, b\u00f8rste, opvaskemaskine <\/b>(broom, dustpan, cloth, cleanser, brush, dishwasher)<\/p>\n

Bilen\/cyklen<\/b> (the car\/the bike)<\/span><\/p>\n

Vi tager bilen med til bilvask\/mekaniker.<\/b> (Let\u2019s take the car to a carwash\/mechanic.)<\/p>\n

Der skal luft i d\u00e6kkene. <\/b>(The tyres need air.)<\/p>\n

K\u00e6den skal have olie.<\/b> (The chain needs oil.)<\/p>\n
