The clue is to find\u00a0<strong>de indre gl\u00e6der<\/strong>\u00a0(the inner pleasures), and enjoy yourself in the jolly company of others. Let\u2019s open\u00a0<strong>et par \u00f8ller<\/strong>\u00a0(a couple of beers), and make some very traditional Danish\u00a0<strong>frikade<\/strong><strong>ller<\/strong>\u00a0[freckaDELLor] (meat balls) together.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small\"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-weight: normal\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 1.17em\"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-size: 20px\">Frikadeller<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-860 alignright\" style=\"border-style: initial;border-color: initial;float: right;border-width: 0px\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/danish\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/30\/2013\/01\/IMG_0057-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>(<strong>opskrift<\/strong>, recipe, for 4 persons)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>You\u2019ll need:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>a bowl<\/li>\n<li>a ladle<\/li>\n<li>a spoon<\/li>\n<li>a pan<\/li>\n<li>a hotplate<\/li>\n<li>a spatula<\/li>\n<li>a dinner set<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>400 grammes of\u00a0<strong>fars<\/strong>\u00a0(chopped pork or chopped veal)<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoonfuls of salt<\/li>\n<li>2 spoonfuls of flour<\/li>\n<li>1-2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>pepper<\/li>\n<li>optionally, a bit of grated onion<\/li>\n<li>(around) 2 decilitres of milk<\/li>\n<li>butter (for the frying)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-size: 13px;font-weight: normal\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/danish\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/30\/2013\/01\/IMG_0063.png\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/span>What to do:<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-861 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/danish\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/30\/2013\/01\/IMG_0059-225x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"158\" height=\"210\" \/><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Stir the\u00a0<strong>fars<\/strong>\u00a0with salt, flour, eggs, (onion) and pepper. (More or less in that order!)<\/li>\n<li>Add the milk, and make it a nice, slimy dough.<\/li>\n<li>Wash your hands.<\/li>\n<li>Fire up a\u00a0<strong>pande<\/strong>\u00a0(pan). Melt the butter on it.<\/li>\n<li>Grab a spoon. Use the spoon and the palm of the free hand to make meatballs out of the dough. Each meatball is to be put onto the pan.<\/li>\n<li>When all the\u00a0<strong>frikadeller<\/strong>\u00a0are suitably fried on one side, turn them with a spatula.
