During the\u00a0sollicitatieproces\u00a0<\/em>you’ll write a\u00a0sollicitatiebrief<\/em><\/a> to explain your motivation for applying for the vacancy at hand, and if all goes well you’ll be invited for a\u00a0sollicitatiegesprek\u00a0<\/em>to discuss your motivations and qualifications in person.<\/li>\n
  2. MBO\/HBO\/WO werk- en denkniveau<\/i><\/strong>: On most job vacancies, you’ll see a line that specifies a particular\u00a0werk- en denkniveau\u00a0<\/em>that corresponds with a particular level of education in the Netherlands<\/a>.\u00a0WO\u00a0<\/em>stands for\u00a0wetenschappelijk onderwijs\u00a0<\/em>or university,\u00a0HBO\u00a0<\/em>for\u00a0hoger beroepsonderwijs<\/em> or professional\u00a0training, and\u00a0MBO\u00a0<\/em>stands for\u00a0middelbaar beroepsonderwijs<\/em> or vocational training. Each of these education levels is associated with a particular\u00a0werk- en denkniveau<\/em>, a level of professional and intellectual ability.<\/li>\n
