You don&#8217;t have to go out of the city limits, either. Explore Discovery Park, the Seattle Center, and Kerry Park all in one day. This is the largest public park in the city, with nearly 12 miles of walking trails. Walk, run, cycle, or just relax. You can easily spend the entire morning here. Walk down to the water to enjoy the views. You\u2019ll see the lighthouse, huge cargo ships, and planes flying overhead.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Seattle has lots of funky public art, including this random statue of Lenin. On Troll Avenue, right by the Troll Eye Apartments, you\u2019ll find the Fremont Troll living under a bridge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The city\u2019s most famous landmark is the Space Needle, which you can see clearly from Seattle Center. Play in the fountain, or just relax on the grass under the iconic building. Check out these giant solar-powered metal flowers, take in more public art and views of the city, and stop by the skate park on your way out.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Seattle may be famous for its seafood, but there\u2019s lots of great Asian cuisine here as well. Head to Pho Viet Anh for some delicious Vietnamese &#8211; spring rolls, banh mi sandwiches, and of course, a big bowl of pho.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">To really take in the city\u2019s skyline, stop by Kerry Park. Not only can you see the cityscape, but you can also catch a glimpse of Mt. Rainier in the distance. It\u2019s quite a popular spot, especially around sunset.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">For a different perspective on the city, take a sunset sailing trip. The guys at Let\u2019s Go Sailing run a variety of trips, including a 2 1\/2 hour sunset cruise. On our trip, there was an unofficial race going on, which our captain decided to join for fun. Sit back, relax, have a glass of wine or a beer, and enjoy this one of a kind experience. You may even spot dolphins if you\u2019re lucky. On the way back, you\u2019ll enjoy a spectacular view of downtown as well as the sunset.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Back on land, it\u2019s time to find some drinks and music.
