{"id":832,"date":"2012-04-06T09:00:50","date_gmt":"2012-04-06T13:00:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/english\/?p=832"},"modified":"2012-04-08T17:00:55","modified_gmt":"2012-04-08T21:00:55","slug":"rice-krispie-treats","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/english\/rice-krispie-treats\/","title":{"rendered":"Rice Krispies Treats"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left\">Here is another great American recipe for you. \u00a0Making this recipe is very very easy, in fact there are really on three essential ingredients: marshmallows, butter, and Rice Krispies Cereal.\u00a0 If you can not find Rice Krispies Cereal\u00a0where you live you can make a similar sweet snack using any type of cereal. \u00a0If you are interested in trying a new, very sweet, American snack, Rice Krispie Treats are probably for you.\u00a0 They are a favorite treat of many people I know, myself included.\u00a0 This English language video (below) is very easy to follow and tells you all you need to know in order to make these treats (Hint: Step 2 is the hardest part and it isn\u2019t that hard).<\/p>\n<p>Here is a little history on these snacks too:<br \/>\nRice Krispies Cereal was first produced in 1928 by the Kellogg\u2019s Company. \u00a0Because of the way this rice-based cereal is made it often creates <em>snap<\/em>, <em>crackle<\/em>, and <em>popping<\/em> sounds when milk is poured over it. \u00a0This cereal is so famous for the sound it makes that there are three cartoon characters on the cereal box whose names are: Snap, Crackle, and Pop!
