Mi anka\u016d pasias pri tradicia arkpafado.\u00a0 Mi renkontis nur tri aliajn esperantistojn tutmonde kiuj estas anka\u016d arkpafistoj, tial la plejmulto el vi ne trovos \u0109i tiun blogon interesan.\u00a0 Sed mi petas ke vi da\u016dru legi, \u0109ar la blogo ne pritemas arkpafadon.\u00a0 \u011ci temas pri la lernado de novaj kapabloj.<\/td>\n<\/td>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
I am also passionate about traditional archery.\u00a0 I have met three other esperantists in the world who are also archers, so most of you won’t find that very interesting.\u00a0 But you should keep reading, because this blog isn’t about archery, it’s about learning new skills.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Tamen, dum la unuaj cent faradoj, la komencanto povas esti superfortita.\u00a0 Mi ofte diras la altnivelajn studentojn, “Estas milionoj da eta\u0135oj por lerni pri arkpafado.*”\u00a0 Mi ne anta\u016de konsciis kiel malfacilega tio povus esti por la komencanto.<\/td>\n<\/td>\nI found sympathy and renewed patience for newbies.\u00a0 This experiment drove home the amount of processing that goes on inside the archer’s brain during the seemingly simply task of drawing the bow and aiming the arrow.\u00a0 If you do it a million times, the processing is simple and seamless.\u00a0 But for the first hundred or so times, the beginner can become easily overwhelmed.\u00a0 I often tell my advanced students, “There are a million little things to learn about archery.*”\u00a0 I never realized how daunting this could be for somebody who is just starting.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Tiom, kiom ni volas instigi novulojn, ili vere ne estas interesaj, kaj tio ne estas ilia misfaro.\u00a0 Ili povas fari bazajn frazojn, sed ne havas la lertecon por diskuti ion substancan.<\/td>\n<\/td>\nAs much as we want to encourage the newbies, they are simply not very interesting, and that’s not their fault.\u00a0 They can construct basic sentences, but they don’t have the skill to discuss anything of substance.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Ni emas seninteresi\u011di pri novuloj.\u00a0 Ni enuigi\u011das pri ili.\u00a0 Ni ne povas kompreni kial ili pensas, ke la korelativoj estas tiom malfacila por lerni.\u00a0 Beda\u016drinde, mankas livmanan esperanton.\u00a0 Ni devas klopodi trovi kaj nutri komencantojn.\u00a0 Ili faris la penon por trovi nin, kaj nun ni devas alporti ilin enfrataren, kaj ni devas esti pacientaj.<\/td>\n<\/td>\nWe tend to lose interest in beginners.\u00a0 We get bored with them.\u00a0 We can’t understand why they think the correlatives are so difficult to learn.\u00a0 Unfortunately, there isn’t any left-handed esperanto.\u00a0 We have to make an effort to find and nurture beginners.\u00a0 They have made the effort to find us, and now we need to bring them into the fold and we have to be patient.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
