{"id":87,"date":"2009-09-14T00:00:05","date_gmt":"2009-09-14T04:00:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/esperanto\/?p=87"},"modified":"2009-09-14T00:00:05","modified_gmt":"2009-09-14T04:00:05","slug":"the-right-way-to-write","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/esperanto\/the-right-way-to-write\/","title":{"rendered":"The Right Way To Write"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Using your knowledge of Esperanto, you know that &#8220;to write&#8221; is &#8220;<strong>skribi<\/strong>.&#8221; So, if you wanted to think of what tool you would use when you wish to write something, you might combine the root &#8220;<strong>skrib<\/strong>-&#8221; with the infix for &#8220;tool, &#8220;-<strong>il<\/strong>-,&#8221; and finish it off with an &#8220;-<strong>o<\/strong>.&#8221; The end result would be &#8220;<strong>skribilo<\/strong>,&#8221; a perfectly acceptable, albeit generic, term for a writing implement.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, Esperanto is a rich language, and so it has a few subtly different synonyms for &#8220;skribilo,&#8221; when you would rather refer to a more precise writing implement. I&#8217;ve listed some of them below for your viewing pleasure.
