What is your favorite astuce <\/em><\/strong>(trick) when you’re having a hard time falling asleep?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Aside from the radical solutions, such as resorting to sleeping pills, or -when desperate times call for desperate measures- forcing yourself to watch back-to-back episodes of “somniferous” shows like “Jersey Shore<\/strong>” (try better “Jersey Sore”, or even “Jersey Snore”…), some people prefer the good old method of compter les moutons <\/strong><\/em>(counting sheep)!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Compter les moutons<\/em> is a well-proven sleeping strategy, with no adverse side effects at all…
\nSung in French, it can make a great berceuse <\/em>(lullaby) for your\u00a0b\u00e9b\u00e9<\/em><\/strong>s<\/em> (babies), who would thus enjoy having their first “French 101” class!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
