The Tour de France started le 3 juillet<\/em>, but the world has barely blinked. If you\u2019re not a serious cycliste<\/em>, it can be hard to get excited about watching a monthlong bike race, and it\u2019s also sometimes hard to find the Tour on TV.<\/p>\n
