Dans une casserole au bain-marie, faites fondre le chocolat en morceaux avec le beurre.<br \/>\n2. Cassez les oeufs dans un saladier, en s\u00e9parant les blancs des jaunes.<br \/>\n3. Battez au fouet \u00e0 main les jaunes avec le sucre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse.<br \/>\n4. Ajoutez ensuite le chocolat fondu et m\u00e9langez bien \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une cuill\u00e8re en bois.<br \/>\n5. Battez en neige tr\u00e8s ferme les blancs d&#8217;oeufs.<br \/>\n6. Incorporez-les d\u00e9licatement dans le saladier avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois, en soulevant toujours le m\u00e9lange de bas en haut, afin de ne pas faire retomber les blancs battus.<br \/>\n7.
