Voici une petite liste (here’s a short list):

\n* A+<\/em> <\/strong>or @+<\/strong>: means “\u00c0 plus<\/em>“, like “later”, or “l8r”.
\n* ALP<\/em>: “<\/strong>\u00c0 la prochaine“<\/strong><\/em>: Next time.
\n* ASV<\/em>:<\/strong> “\u00c2ge, Sexe, Ville”, the equivalent of the English “ASL”, or “Age\/Sex\/Location”.
\n* ATT<\/em>: <\/strong>“\u00e0 tout \u00e0 l’heure<\/em>“, as in “see you pretty soon”.
\n*\u00a0auj<\/em>: <\/strong>Abbreviation for “aujourd’hui”<\/em>, meaning “today”.
\n* b1sur<\/em>:<\/strong> “Bien s\u00fbr<\/em>“: Of course. The “1”, “un<\/em>“,\u00a0makes up for the syllable “-ien<\/em>.”
\n* bcp<\/em>: <\/strong>“Beaucoup<\/em>“: Very much, as\u00a0in “merci bcp<\/em>” (thanks a lot).
\n*\u00a0bjr<\/em>:<\/strong> Just short for bonjour !
\n* bsr: <\/strong><\/em>Short for bonsoir !
\n* C <\/strong><\/em>or C\u00e9<\/strong>:\u00a0<\/em>Stands\u00a0for “C’est”<\/em>, meaning “It’s” or “it is”.
\n*\u00a0c-a-d: “<\/strong>C’est-\u00e0-dire”. <\/em>It means “it means” (really, no joke…)
\n* cho: <\/strong>“chaud”<\/em>, that’s “hot”.
\n* Chui: <\/strong>“Je suis”<\/em>, meaning “I am”.
\n* dac:<\/em> <\/strong>“D’accord”, which is “OK”.
\n* DSL: “<\/strong>D\u00e9sol\u00e9<\/em>“: Sorry!
\n* DQP:<\/em> <\/strong>Acronym for “D\u00e8s que possible”, <\/em>or ASAP (As soon as possible!)
\n* EDR <\/strong>or<\/em> MDR<\/em><\/strong>:\u00a0Either one, “\u00c9croul\u00e9 de dire<\/em>” or “Mort de rire”, they mean LOL!
\n*\u00a0ENTK: “<\/strong>En tout cas”<\/em>, means\u00a0“in any case”.
\n* G:<\/strong> <\/em>Just like\u00a0C\/c’est, this one stands for “J’ai<\/em>“, i.e. “I have”. As in “G la N<\/em>“,\u00a0I hate something, or “I H8”!
\n* J C: <\/strong>“Je sais”<\/em>, meaning “I know”.
\n*\u00a0jms<\/em><\/strong>: “Jamais”<\/em>, never.
\n* JTM:<\/em> <\/strong>“Je t’aime”, <\/em>I love you.
\n* KAN:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Short for “quand<\/em>“, when.
\n* KOI29″:\u00a0<\/strong>What’s up, or “Quoi de neuf”: 2 = de, 9 =neuf.
\n* Mr6: “<\/strong>Merci”! <\/em>Thx!
\n* OK1: “<\/em><\/strong>Aucun<\/em>“, “none” or\u00a0“no one”.
\n* Ou\u00e9<\/em>: “<\/strong>Ouais<\/em>“<\/strong>, yeah.
\n* P2K<\/em>: <\/strong>“Pas de quoi”, <\/em>meaning\u00a0“you’re welcome” (…not “your”!)
\n*\u00a0PK: <\/em>“<\/strong>Pourquoi<\/em>“,\u00a0meaning “why”, or “Y”?
\n* QQN: <\/em><\/strong>“Quelqu’un<\/em>“: <\/em>Someone or “some1”
\n* RAS: <\/strong><\/em>This abbreviation probably comes from the army: “Rien \u00e0 signaler”<\/em>, or “nothing to report”. Nothing new, basically.
\n* RE: <\/strong><\/em>Meaning “I’m back”.
\n* STP<\/em> <\/strong>or SVP<\/em>: <\/strong>“S’il te plait”<\/em>, “please”.
\n* TDS: <\/strong><\/em>“Tout de suite<\/em>“, “at once”, or “right away”!
\n* TJS<\/em><\/strong>: “Toujours<\/em>“,\u00a0“always”.
\n* TNKT:<\/strong> <\/em>Means “<\/strong>T’inqui\u00e8tes<\/em>“, <\/strong>or “t’inqui\u00e8tes pas”, <\/em>meaning “don’t worry” or “no worries”.
\n* Tt: <\/em><\/strong>Short for “tout”, all.
\n* V1: <\/strong>“Viens”<\/em>, come.
\n* X: <\/strong>Since the same\u00a0word for cross in French\u00a0“<\/strong>Croix<\/em>” <\/strong>is the same for the verb croire<\/em> (to believe)\u00a0for the second, you can use\u00a0just an X, as in “Crois-moi<\/em>”\u00a0or “X moi<\/em>“, (believe me!)
